Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Narratelica account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete Zour Account in the App

You can delete your account directly in the Narratelica app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions. Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by sending an email to contact@narratelica.com . Please provide the email address associated with your account so that we can verify your identity. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your user profile information (name, email address, profile picture, and remaining unused credits)

• Your AI-created stories and stories you unlocked in the app

• Your app settings and preferences

• All other personal data associated with your account

Please note that the deletion of your account cannot be undone and your data cannot be recovered.
