Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Narratelica account and all associated data, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete Your Account in the App
You can delete your account directly within the Narratelica app. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions. Your account and data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by sending an email to contact@narratelica.com. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your user profile information (name, email address, profile picture)
- Your stories, progress, and learning data
- Your app preferences and settings
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Please note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone and your data cannot be recovered.

Konto löschen
Wenn Sie Ihr Narratelica-Konto und alle damit verbundenen Daten löschen möchten, haben Sie zwei Möglichkeiten:
Option 1: Konto in der App löschen
Sie können Ihr Konto direkt in der Narratelica-App löschen. Gehen Sie zu Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen und folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm. Ihr Konto und Ihre Daten werden nach Bestätigung sofort gelöscht.
Option 2: Löschung per E-Mail anfordern
Alternativ können Sie die Kontolöschung per E-Mail an contact@narratelica.com anfordern. Bitte geben Sie die mit Ihrem Konto verknüpfte E-Mail-Adresse an, damit wir Ihre Identität überprüfen können. Wir werden Ihre Anfrage innerhalb von 30 Tagen bearbeiten.
Welche Daten werden gelöscht?
Wenn Ihr Konto gelöscht wird, werden die folgenden Daten dauerhaft von unseren Systemen entfernt:
- Ihre Benutzerprofilinformationen (Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Profilbild)
- Ihre Geschichten, Fortschritte und Lerndaten
- Ihre App-Einstellungen und Präferenzen
- Alle weiteren mit Ihrem Konto verknüpften personenbezogenen Daten
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Löschung Ihres Kontos nicht rückgängig gemacht werden kann und Ihre Daten nicht wiederhergestellt werden können.
